Vivi dying serves no purpose Cobra's hypothetical death wouldn't accomplish, and even if Sabo was was captured, he'd take any secrets of the revolutionaries to the grave.

I'd like to think Oda wouldn't resort to the same premise as the Paramount War. After all, Newgate said whoever finds the One Piece will trigger a war, so whatever leads to war may not need a hostage to trigger it.

to be honest it would be the best if both of hancock and Vivi join the revos , they have common enemy the tenryuubito and Sabo is the brother of their friend Luffy.
what if Kuma somehow was able to send Sabo and Vivi to Amazon lilly?
why exactly Koby is the one who is going there? and why X-Drake reported some negative about the CPO and the world goverment , would Koby deserts the marines and join the revos? something is really fishy , would Sabo help Hancock in Luffy's place? since he for sure knows that she helped Luffy. with reasoning and the mess the WG have done , and his friendship to Luffy he is the best candidate to join the revolutionary army.
