What the hell is wrong with this forum to bring up such names that we need to search on internet to remember who the hell this guy is talking about.
King lacks feats, for sure. His time will still come.
King is not that bad, is just that Marco is overcoming so much both him and Queen. Remember at begin of Wano, everybody hyped up King so much for kicking BM ship with BM on it and making everybody fall back and BM get drowned. Marco did the same without BM so is not as great as King.
I bet 1014 will bring Marco back and he will be getting his ass beat by King and Chopper beat by Queen, then Sanji will save both and ask them to heal Zoro(not fully heal but help him someway).

king suffered from the lack of portrayal, which is something most of the big name in the one piece suffers from, i'm sure that most people feel that oda is grooming him for something significant that's why he's holding off on showing too mush of his abilities or personality, king is fully covered with that bdsm suit, was also given a lot of mystery about his race, he didn't get enough screen time too, compared to someone like queen who has been mostly fleshed out which ended up just being a joke character for the most part
king king is portrayed to have keen management and leadership capabilities, not afraid to give orders with kaido's name without fear of consequences, also being able to stay calm in the face of a surprise raid, setting priorities (killing momo and the scabbards instead of challenging the flying 6) and motivating troops to carry on his orders (promising gifters a seat in the flying 6), while queen is out there loosing allies, if not for marco's distraction king would've turned the table very quickly.
king also can hold a major significant in the world building, like what is his race? when did his race extinct? what was the cause of that?...
queen has the judge/germa 66 plot line which was already delved into
bobbins only served a very compact role within his arc, and possessed a very meh ability, he was basically a fodder who got defeated with one kick and killed offscreen with one bullet, tamago was actually far significant than him

I was just thinking about it and I just came to a realization that King is such a garbage YC1 and such a Background character that Bobbins Legit had a better Introduction than him. Bobbins is legit a better character and Yonko subordinate than King
Bobbins
1. introduced after burning down an entire country (Casually I might add).
2. Wants the smoke with Fishman Island (Wants to burn that to the ground too)
3. Pulling up to Linlin solo like a highly valued and trusted member of the crew.
4. Goes out of his way to deal with issues even putting his life on the line.
5. Has a cool and unique design.
6. Has a Cool Devil Fruit
7. Actually knows how to hold onto his sword
King
1. Introduced arguing with an obese dinosaur
2. Sat quietly like a bitch while Linlin talked shit to Kaido, even inviting him to her crew (TO add him as a collection)
3. Wants none of the smoke with anyone. Sat there as Kaido got jumped by the scabbards.
4.Stands around giving orders to characters that don't respect him and yell at him at every opportunity. (Has to use Kaido's name to get anything done)
5. Awful design (CBT is not cool)
6. LOL, who the fuck thinks a flying peacock is a cool devil fruit
7. Gets disarmed at every junction.
I think it's pretty clear how garbage King is compared to the likes of someone like Bobbins let alone comparing him to someone like Katakuri or Marco. King is legit awful and I can't believe Oda made him a YC1. He should have been a gifter instead.
