For plot reasons its obvious this will never happen (for example,now that she believes in Nika again,why doesnt she use that power on herself? So of course Oda is nerfing her and will keep doing it) but,potentially,i think Bonney could do this.
We saw her using Distorted Future towards her enemies or allies in the past,so i think she could also a create a future for Sanji,Zoro,Nami or anyone where they are Nika! This would create a big army of Nika guys! But,i guess there would be a time limit probably,or a energy limit. Still,its potentially another big point on Bonney's side,she is really powerful.
