Hence the role of the apprentice seems to be the last role on the SHs that could possibly be filled. And by this chapter, I think it’s highly likely Bonney will be Luffy’s apprentice.

Why? She is just like Shanks on the Roger crew. Like Shanks, she is a celestial dragon with massive talent. But even more than that, while Shanks copied Roger’s divine departure, Bonney is copying Luffy’s moves.

Now with the reveal that Bonney’s power is based off her understanding of the future she wants to become, it only makes sense for her to be Luffy’s apprentice. That way she can actually learn how the Nika fruit is used, rather than just some vague idea of the power.

Bonney doesn’t know G4= muscle balloon+haki, she just compresses her arm because she assumes nika can do it. And Luffy can, but she’s evidently not doing it right.

How else will she actually learn to use Nika’s powers if not by watching Luffy?

I agree that she's a follower of Nika, a mini copy even, if you will.
But if Luffy won't take her--not for character reasons, but for plot ones, i.e. having two Nikas on the same ship--what I'm going to ask you is:
Where should she-Nika go, considering that (1) her Pa was a Rev and (2) Dragon's son has no political aptitude, nor would he ever do anything strategic the Revs want, only what he thinks is morally right? Say, then, where should this little pink-haired Nika land?

But her fruit has been shown to be mid unless she actually understands the future she wants to emulate.

For her to reach full potential she needs to stay with Luffy to learn how the Nika fruit works.

No, for her to reach full potential is to stick to whomever wants to liberate people (=Nika's prerogative) and do so.

That could mean sticking to the SHs, sure.

But from a meta prospective, we know Luffy follows no plan. We know Dragon is waiting for the right moment to strike, otherwise he would've done so already. If Luffy isn't Dragon's Nika, and if Dragon still needs that same power, then Bonney is the answer to both.

It allows the SHs to continue on their path to Rafter. And for Dragon to liberate people with Nika's symbol by his side (Bonney) and to rile them up via Belo's DF.

Thus you get both timelines at once--PK Luffy and Rev Luffy. After the OP is discovered, the timelines will collide.

Almost every arc I see x will be Nakama and they don’t turn out to be the one . After Yamato it’s Bonney .

I would say it depends if Bonney wishes to continue as pirate her intention was to rejoin her dad .
