It's fair to say that Zoro is above the aforementioned lot going by feats or at least will be in 2-3 chapters. Pre Wano-Zoro would have been around 1B if he had been at Zou or WCI (above or around Cracker, Smoothie and Jack). Zoro consistenly has had 60 % of Luffys bounty so that would have made it 900.000.000. A fair bounty for defeating 860.000.000 Cracker in a battle of swordsmen with great CoA.
New bounty Post Wano:
1.520 - 1.820
Agree with you that Zoro is below Yami + Gura Teach that beat Marco.
Rayleigh could have been around 3B. He probably was WSS and current WSS Mihawk is a rival of Shanks so they could both be in that ball park of 3-3.5B (strength, not threat as they aren't captains)

While I agree with you. I don’t think calling people dumbass is the right way. The reasons yonkou have such big bounties isn’t just because they are strong but also because they can command people who are as strong as Marco, king, katakuri etc which obviously isn’t the same for them. Luffy for example commands strong fighters such as Zoro, sanji, jinbe franky, etc. Zoro for example very rarely takes command of the strawhats. Sanji much more often strategizes and nami orders them around when it comes to navigation. But at the end it is Luffy who commands all of them and makes the decisions. That’s why Luffy gets a huge bounty with big difference. That’s is also what differentiates him from law and kid. Kid has a useful second in command and that’s it. And law honestly has none. Every member in Luffy’s crew is useful and defeated a major opponent except nami and Usopp.
Luffy’s bounty will skyrocket and so will the other strawhats. Kid and law won’t get past 2B even if they defeat big mom and I still doubt they will.
