That'd be fun to gauge if Buggy's bounty wasn't only based on being a former Roger pirate.
Most charismatic character for sure. Mihawk is up there too.
Oda redeemed his sin by bringing him back with a huge bounty. Never made any sense to be defeated that early in the story.
And same goes for Enel that somehow gets hit by Luffy, lol. Dude still has the strongest CoO in the manga...

Have you read my thread about Croco boy? He was never weak, even at Alabasta he can be compared to Cracker at least, which is Yc3. Cracker is glass canon with great DF abilities to stop Gear 3 and overpower gear 2, but physically weak, so why can that be the same for Crocodile? His powers are much better than Cracker.
I don't think he was ever weak but his defeat didn't make much sense. It's like Ussop defeating Aramaki.

I just hope Oda will make Crocodile fix his "water issue". Just like Luffy fixed his miniaturization problem after gear3. That's the best way to bring him back imo. His awakening should dry everything that comes close to him.

I made one fatal error when talking about bounties and that was crocodile and mihawk's getting a 300 million increase after buggy became a yonko. The problem with my assessment was that crocodile and mihawk are already well established captain plus are former Shichibukai so the increase by affiliation doesn't apply to them.
