What threat would any of the yonko pose when Luffy post Wano get higher, bounty than them? They would look insignificant... no pirate would be a match after that. He would be the most feared pirate in the whole world without even defeating Kaido all by himself with no help. Unless you assume that’s what Luffy is gonna do lol. Yet even if you think that it’s a wrap for even BB and the rest of the pirates. The marines didn’t dare to fight the yonko. However, they would dare going full force on Luffy with what a 5B ?
Luffy did say during WCI that he wanted to defeat "the one billion berries man" then he himself surpassed the billion mark. It could imply he will every time surpass the bounties of all his opponents, but the idea of him jumping from 1.5 B to 4.6+ is insane. I just can't see it happen and maybe I'm wrong.
Same for Zoro and Sanji, I believe they're supposed to beat King and Queen but it's hard for me to believe they will surpass their bounties because it would be a hell of an increase. I'm more open minded in their case though, as it's far more believable because the jump wouldn't be nearly as huge. Zoro getting to 1.52 B and Sanji getting to 1.33 or 1.377 B wouldn't shock me but that would be way above my expectations.

Good point... Makes me think that Oda might just modify his bounty gag (like he did with Usopp and Sanji): They still view him as a pet but a wild one... Like, they'll make it look as if Chopper is a very dangerous wild pet that can only be tamed by the crew... Basically like how the former Drum view him, a monster, but can be very intellectual when the crew is around... Maybe the photo they'll use would be his Monster Point but with awkward pose...
