Why would they think it was Blackbeard or Ace that defeated Blackbeard?

My point is that a massive bounty increase to 200 million would definitely draw some eyes, especially if it was unreported. People with 200 million berry bounties are not common in the first half of the grand line.

There are islands in the first half the grand line that haven't ever seen people with bounties of 100 million.

Somewhere like Jaya, which was a cesspool for grand line pirates, was shook to its core when they found out Luffy's bounty was 100 million.

Why would they think its Luffy?

Draw eyes from whom, that they can't connect to Alabasta..

Its just a matter of time and space, Roger passed by Jaya at some point, who knows who else did.. Its not like Bellamy was the king pin of Jaya for years, People come and go..

Zoro - 1.48 Billion. The 1.4 billions are also empty among commanders. As such I think putting Zoro and Sanji here work as they aren’t exactly commanders theyre something much more
Sanji - 1.43 Billion Same reasoning as above
Jinbe - 580 Million
Robin - 502 Million
Franky - 497 Million

Need to wait for matchups for Usopp Nami Chopper and Brook. If they get none more than current:
Usopp - 480 Million
Nami - 460 Million
Brook - 300 Million
Chopper - 1 Million berries

I don’t think kings above Marco, all beast pirates have had inflated bounties I don’t think Kings any difference although it’s clear king and Queen each could at least fight Marco one on one to a high or extreme diff fight.

I just don’t see any reason to over double his reward.
