what poneglyph have to do with bounty, marine already know she can read poneglyph for many many years. there is no reason they will suddenly give her a higher bounty because of it. also her power is nothing dangerous only dangerous to fodder people. giving someone like her 1 b is joke even 400m is too much. zoro is strongest wg after luffy. with enma blade he is almost same power as luffy. he will always be close to luffy like Roger and Rayleigh.
