I hope Oda uses CrossGuild to bring back all old characters with some strenght and those people that are missing a role like Weevil,Boa,Urougue,Bonney,etc...My theory is that captain John's treasure made Buggy the richest pirate so he can afford to pay for a lot of muscle.
