Onigumo is a pretty good shout ^^ (totally forgot about him lol) but apparently it seems like his DF is still yet to be confirmed ^^, so we don’t know if he’s a regular Zoan or mythical Zoan atm.
With regards to Pekoms, seems like he was in hybrid form when he tanked caribou’s Gattling.
Lastly on Funkfreed, isn’t that just full zoan & hybrid form though?
Full Zoan - Elephant with Legs
Hybrid - Elephant/Sword mix so no Legs

Looked like he was in base hence why there was so much blood. If he defended with his shell, he would’ve tanked it with no damage like the time with Caribou.

Yes. Pekoms later explained to Luffy that he didn't die because after the initial shock he could protect himself with his shell so part of the bullets didn't hit flesh, so he was transformed in that panel.

In Enies Lobby, Lucci didn't have two hybrids but he could use Seimei Kikan (a technique that Kumadori used too) in order to alter his body into a slender form.

Feels a bit odd that we’ve only really seen partial transformations for regular zoans with that one contrived Pekoms scene & fucking Funkfreed of all characters when we haven’t seen it from more seasoned characters 💀 but can’t deny the evidence.
