Speculations Brook will be the one to defeat Gunko at the end

I believe that Gunko won’t be defeated this arc and will still be relevant in the final saga.

Brooks’ final power up will be coming up with an alternative way to defeat the HKs and will fight Gunko as his EOS opponent to free her.

I think EOS straw hats will all be powerhouses

I bet Brook restores Gunko’s humanity via the power of music/Soul King. Then Imu, directly or indirectly via a soul contract or something, kills Gunko for betrayal/breaking contract.

That got me thinking about Perona playing a role, maybe vs. Imu or even BB, with her df having soul powers but short-term. Perona does have a beef with BB.

More Perona is always a good thing.
