Also kid and law got same bounty because of luffy.

Gorosei plan was to cover up nika as much as they can by:

1) not use gear 5 picture - but failed
2) give law and kidd same bounty, so luffy doesn't get all the attention
3) remove letter D. From luffy's wanted poster - failed
4) make not just luffy yonkou but also a very popular guy from marineford like buggy that has huge hype, to divert attention from luffy

Could be true and would make the gorosei look more competent but still I'll find it funnier/more satisfieng if it was because someone like Mihawk joined or if he actually did something crazy with his devilfruit on accident

Actually making Luffy yonko doesn't make sense.

Would be better having Kid and Law yonkos but not Luffy.

Also Buggy being a Yonko must be heavily related to outcome of Shichibukai vs SSG.
