Jinbei fightning this dude would require a huge boost and unlike the other SHs, he is already a veteran player in New World. It won't make much sense this kind of boost when his opponent was below Jack, who is/was probably the weakest YC.

I sure as hell am and I think that during the fight that Burguess will display CoO and CoA skills combined with his devil fruit will make him a very good opponent for Sanji above King, Katakuri and Marco for sure

And guys I don’t think that Sanji is stronger than Jinbei since I have a firm belief that all ex Shichibukai are above YC1 level almost on the same level as Yamato
