Many have argued that SSJ3 Gotenks was stronger than Goku at the time, how Buu with Gotenks inside of him would fare against Janemba iyo ?

They're about equal in power. Janemba quite literally is the movie version of Super Buu and has real good showings against SSJ3 Goku. Not quite as good as Buutenks making a mockery of Mystic Gohan but I think overall these two characters are comparable. Add in Janemba's fighting style being more unorthodox and Buu's relative cockiness — he won't try to absorb Janemba until he's outclassed — and I think Janemba wins.

Doesn't help Buu has 30~ odd minutes before he's reduced dramatically.
