Background: Former colleague of Judge, Queen and Vegapunk in MADS team. Former Donquixote, Beast Pirates and Big Mom Pirates associate. Traveled with the Strawhats for a while (temporary member of the SH). Now currently engaging in WCI aftermath along with Germa conflict.
One of the few villains who actually appeared in multiple arcs in a row and some of them are major arcs. Obsessed with mass-murder weapons and biochemical engineering. Wanted to successfully accomplish the gigantification and SMILE projects someday. Have a bounty of 300 mil on his head. And so forth.
