Questions & Mysteries Can Blackbeard read poneglyphs?

So in order to reach Laugh Tale/ find One Piece/ become PK, one must be able to decipher the red poneglyphs (wheter it is by himself or have someone else do it for him) and all of the big shots seem to be aware of it. Roger had Oden join his crew for that reason, Big Mom relied on Pudding and her 3rd eye awakening, Luffy has Robin... and what about BB? He surely has a plan for this (he is the most meticulous planner in the story). Back in a certain SBS, Oda stated that Blackbeard's hobby is studying history/archeology. Is it possible that BB himself can actually read the ancient language. He spent a solid amount of time with Oden, being a part of his division, maybe he asked Oden to teach him? Or maybe he knew it from the get go since we still don't know anything about his origin.
If not, do you think maybe someone else from his crew can read them (an unknown/not shown yet 3eye tribe member, another Ohara survivor or someone we already know).

He himself cannot for sure. One of his crewmembers might but I somewhat doubt it. Imo this is gonna be one of the things used to raise the tension in the final war or close to it where both the WG and other crews will need Robin to find Laugh Tale, and the SHs will need to protect her.

I think he can, kidnapping Robin would just be a copypasted plot point, Oda said Blackbeard had an interest in archeology IIRC, so he can use that as an excuse.

Knowing Blackbeard, he’s probably waiting for Luffy to collect all the Poneglyph tracings then attack the SHs to steal them as well as Robin for himself.

Maybe he is simply waiting for another one to do it and he will take advantage and follow/steal it, like a pirate with some brain.
Though we still dont know about his last member (the others don't seem like they can read Poneglyph honestly).
