I think the only way to do that is by O Lin mode therefore memory loss but I doubt Law can perform a surgery to alter her memory on the spot, that feels hella complex.

Altering her personality in other ways too, such as in Mother Mode.

the only issue here is Law’s fruit seems to not be ass effective in those regards against Yonko because of their monsterous haki… otherwise he should be able to throw Big Mom to the sea… as stated in previous chapters
