Doffy... He never tries his high end slashes. But pretty much all his other hax worked. Shambles/GK. Doffy himself fought in a way to prevent law from using his hax. He didn’t think “I’m stronger nothing will work on me”.

But Oda has been very consistent, his fruit can't use hax against stronger opponents. Now it depends on how strong the opponent is he can use hax against.

Doffy was much stronger than Law and thus only his Strongest Attack GK worked.
Kaido is much much stronger nothing will work until he is beaten down a bit..
