Unlikely but Shishi Sonson should do the job.
Majority of Tatsumaki's damage from passive air slashes which was completely ineffective on Kaido.
They would cut Whitebeard up but damage from them shouldnt be too much for his endurance.
The direct cut that we saw on Kaido could be nasty but I think WB would still stand after that.

tatsumaki is not even close to zoro's strongest attacks, it's basically a fodder sweeper.

whitebeard has top 1 AP in the series all of his attacks are top tier, his crew always clear the area before he attacks, he can counter it.
