This is the Roger vs. Whitebeard clash. In this one, it didn't split the sky, but it did show a coc shockwave. Contextually, though, they weren't really fighting. They were kind of buddy buddy. Idk what to say about this other than it's a standard coc encounter.
The question should be can the planet withstand the clash of the two strongest beings in existence
At bare minimum we would see the mid piece version of this
Sky split? if hypothetically Mihawk and Prime Ryuuma were allowed to clash with their haki and black blades, it would create a void similar to a black hole that would consume the sky itself, any sea life or flying creatures within a 10 mile radius would be sucked into that void and die instantly
A clash between two black blades users on the highest level would dwarf Roger and WB's clash, if you were to put Roger Wb's clash and Ryuuma Mihawk's clash side by side, a visual comparison would be like this:
