The Straw Hats make up for each other's flaws and inadequacies. If CP0 try capturing Robin, Sanji will protect Robin from the male members and trust her to make up for his inability to fight by taking over the battle against Stussy. So yes, he'll protect her from CP0, he'll face any opponent too strong for her and trust her to handle opponents he can't face.

Nami's group is safe in the lab, in the end all of the Strawhats will be there so I don't see them leaving or anyone going after them.

If we're being real here, there is no way Sanji (or Zoro for that matter) should be able to stand a chance against Lucci after what we saw from him this chapter
