For all Sanji x Nami and Sanji x pudding shippers I have a question can Sanji actually reproduce and make love or would he die of a nose bleed if he tried.

As for the question, no, pretty unlikely.

But if he can be his romantic semi swave self with long enough build up before then maybe.
He still might die tho but hes best chance is to start of in the shallow end and slowly go farther

Well his nosebleed is a real problem. It is not a joke if the author portrayed his close-to-death experience, so the nosebleeding cannot simply be defined as a gag anymore.

So I think there are high chances he would not be able to reproduce as long as this issue still occurs. Doubt even special conditions would change the thing much.
