Powers & Abilities Can Saturn regenerate while he is Knocked out?

Saturn is different from Marco in that Marco seems to have passive regeneration. Like the damage gets healed automatically after he gets hit. Whereas Saturn too several panels and walked all the way from where he was hit back to where Kuma was with his torn off limbs AND THEN he regenerated.

seems like Saturn has to actively activate whatever regeneration power he has.

so the question is, Can Saturn regenerate if he gets hit with so much damage that it’s able to knock him out? Can his body automatically heal him and then basically wake him up from getting knocked out?

If it is active then it doesn't make sense for him to do it while unconscious.

However Luffy showed to be still somewhat conscious when Kaido one-shotted him. He was looking at Kaido and used CoC when fodders tried to touch him. So the same could be applied here.

There is a possibility of this happening but very unlikely unless he got out while having a strong will/focus/target.
