I was wondering about Top Tier Haki's capabilities.
Can Top Tier Haki of the likes of Big Mom / Kaido / Prime Beard / Shanks etc stop the effects of Kairoseki?
I mean can they get rid of Kairoseki handcuffs or block Kairoseki arrows by their Top Tier defensive side of CoA without getting the effects of losing their DF powers for some time?

first, kairoseki meant to weaken df user's body, not the df ability (we saw it when luffy was drowning in arlong park yet his neck still could be streched)

so imo if its a df user, i doubt that top tier haki will help cos the body itself would be weaken

if its a not df user, then the kairoseki would be just an ordinary cuffs, so imo haki would help, especially CoA

Based on the manga evidence they can't, we have an example with Shiki, if Shiki could destroy the sea stone handcuffs he wouldn't need to cut his legs off to free himself, but again, he was a DF user and we find out that DF users can't use haki in sea stone handcuffs but we also don't know if it's because they DF users or because sea stone can black haki, so as of right now with information we have I'd say no.

It's interesting that after time skip we haven't seen a none DF users in sea stone handcuffs, so I really wanna find out whether sea stone can effect haki or not, I personally think that they can black haki too since WG (and not just WG but also Strawhats too) need some way of imprisoning, I mean how would WG capture strong guys with no DF? You need some way surppress their powers in order to keep them locked.

Rayliegh broke his seastone hand cuffs pre timeskip. That is different from neck cuffs he was wearing.

Ray broke the seastone because he isnt a fruir user, they have no effect on him, pehaps Shanks, Mihawk and Garp can do the a with pure force.


For Big Mom and Kaido, even If the Sea Stone made their fruits weak, pehaps they can use pure brute force to break them, as they physical strengt are not related with their fruits.

Probably. Rayleigh was perfectly removed his seastone handcuffs pre-timeskip due to him not having DF. Even though Big Mom and Kaido are DF users I expect them to remove the seastone from them using pure brute strength LOL.

Pretty sure what rayleigh broke wasnt seastone cuff, just another steel cuff. No one realized the old man was a big shot so why would the auction use seastone. The auction is supposed for normal human / weak pirates, so using steel cuff is enough.
Luffy also didnt use kairoseki neck cuff when he and gramp hyo on the stage. Thats why luffy's move looks more free.
Karioseki is said comparable to diamond in hardness, and i'm sure no one can break kairoseki. I think there's a limit for human beings' CoA to overcome, and it's kairoseki or diamond.
Otherwise, it's no use to build impel down level 6.
