Kuma's fruit gives him the ability to move himself at lightspeed (teleport). If he can push his fatass at lightspeed im pretty sure he can move air at lightspeed. I'm guessing he didn't separate the SH at lightspeed since the acceleration and deceleration would kill them, he's probably fine with his android body.

I don't think Zoro is moving at lightspeed, only that the projectiles are moving at that speed. He can avoid it by looking at Kuma's hand and not being in the path.
