Kuma's fruit gives him the ability to move himself at lightspeed (teleport). If he can push his fatass at lightspeed im pretty sure he can move air at lightspeed. I don't think Zoro is moving at lightspeed, only that the projectiles are moving at that speed. He can avoid it by looking at Kuma's hand and not being in the path.
