I think Zunisha might narrowly be able to.
If we look at comparative sizes, Onigashima is almost the same size as the entirety of Zou: the land on an elephant's back, so how exactly he would catch it is up to some debate.
His truck would have to be stronger than it looks to maintain a grip on the island. And catching Onigashima with his back would not just destroy the country atop it, but would likely injure him too.
I think that there's a good chance that the effort might mortally wound Zou, but that he can in fact do it.
