ÉNO, Sage are above Dragon level, Platinum Sperm is also likely above Dragon

Same for Orochi

But weaker cadre of the MA and other dragons are fair games for strong commanders. Haki is a weary powerful tool and their body are extremely strong and fast

Murata and GOD established a grey area in their SBS and the manga : Orochi and Boros were both stated not being God level but higher than Dragon

Same for ENO and Sage : Murata labeled them as Unknown for disaster level so the ambiguity.

The gap between dragon and god is the same as the gap between dragon and tiger(there as to be a semi tier)

Didn't Inuarashi perform this feat while in base? He was able to budge Kaidou a bit there with his attack?

In his Sulong state, he even managed to pierce Dragon Kaidou's scales, which implies that his statistics overall aren't that far below Kaidou's.

Gonna guess that the One Piece side wins here based on Inuarashi scaling (even indirectly) to anyone who scales to Kaidou and the top tiers in One Piece (especially Whitebeard) who performed a feat above the paygrade of anyone that is on Overgrown Rover's level.
