With the events of the recent chapter revealing Ginny was in fact captured by a Celestial Dragon and raped for 2 years which produced Bonney it brings the question which scumbag was this?
Watching a recent Ohara video I thought he brought up some good points on one individual.
So the person I believe to be Bonney's father is Saint Roswald and here's why.
When we first introduced to Charlos the first thing we seen him do was take someone else's fiance as his wife an almost like for like situation with Kuma.
This is around the same time Bonney saves Charlos from Zoro.
So it's not hard to possibly believe that the father of Charlos doesn't have the same greedy habits.
Oda has also gone out of his way to punish Kuma first by his parents, then Ginny and finally I believe this is his last form of punishment that Ginny's biological father did to Kuma
I don't believe it's beyond Oda at this point to have the one who cucked Kuma and raped the love of his life to also be using him as a horse with a chain around his neck.
Why?
Kuma's character is all about taking pain. Look at the ability of his fruit as an example.
Anyway the final reason why I think Saint Roswald is Bonney's father is because the way she reacted when she seen him/Kuma. Originally we thought the him meant Kuma but what if she had found out who it was who raped her mother and seeing how he is treating her 'father' Kuma she swears he'll pay.
I think this panel is meant to throw us off thinking she meant Kuma but in fact meant Saint Roswald as now we know the story we know the context right after she says 'I didn't think I'd meet him here' she follows it up with a 'You'll pay'.
If Saint Roswald is Bonney's father I hope someone punches the shit out of him as well.

Bonney doesn't even know who her bio dad is, it makes no sense for her to know it was Roswald.
The whole "You'll Pay!!" is meant for Vegapunk because originally Bonney thought Vegapunk was responsible for what happened to Kuma.
Also Roswald just feels a bit too random for him to be Bonney's bio dad.
If I had to guess who Bonney's bio dad is, I would say it's one of the God's Knights.

She knew Saturn was the one who ordered Kuma to have his memories erased etc so there's a lot she knows the we don't know that she knows.
Again that line is an implication that she meant Vegapunk. During the Marineford arc Bonney said something similar saying she would go after him we originally thought that meant Blackbeard but that made no sense knowing what we know now.
The parallels are there I don't think it's coincidence that whenever Bonney is shown near Celestial Dragons it's always near Saint Roswald and his family. Saboady and Reverie etc.

Saturn because kidnapping Ginny specifically made me think he just want to get back at Kuma considering the beef/obsession he has with him.
Also, I’ve learned about sapphires in planet Saturn from one of the theory in the chapter thread.
So, I think he will reveal it in attempt to crush Kuma or Bonney’s spirit.

Bonney isn't being set up to fight some final villain she's the person the Straw Hats are going to save in the arc then move on. Her biological father being a scumbag like Rowland is fitting.
We see Bonney first appear when Charlos steals someone's wife.
We see her as Rowland is abusing Kuma.
Give me one other reason why out of all the Celestial Dragons we know in the story why Rowland doesn't make the most sense with what we know and the parallels that are already there in the story.
I get the idea of someone like Saint Rowland raping Ginny isn't easy to swallow but based on the info we know it makes the most sense it being him seeing how we've seen how his son is.
We don't know where Kuma is at the moment, but what we do know, he has no free will, so whatever he was programmed to do on Mariejois, he will finish it, because he can't go against the programming. What else could he possibly have been programmed to do there that would cause him to attack the most fortified place on the planet, and that he is willing to give his life for?
