But I think the devil which was fighting is not the real Denji, still, or even more.

It seems like the identity-devil. A devil which represents the fear of losing himself or gets his identity stolen or something like that. Which means the other person is not the real Chainsaw-Man, but something which recreates everything he is and he things, his memories and everything for some point.

I think so, because of the scene where the other person comes.

You all read it as: „I still need you to fight, chainsawman.“, as if the character names the person on the ground chainsawman.

But I have read it more as:
„But I still need you to fight chainsawman!“

as if the person needs the devil on the ground to fight chainsawman.
Maybe someone came to the conclusion, the only way tl fight chainsawman is to fight him with chainsawman.

This chapter reminds me when I accidentally read chapter 81 as my first experience with Chainsaw Man

I saw it released on manga plus, saw it before and wondered what it was so I read the chapter

Boy was I suprised when I saw that Bang panel, definitely stuck with me

So I think my idea suits way better, if we also consider the knowledge from the actual chapter.

But this when did the fear of devils count for it? Did this got mentioned any time before?

and why should this devil have the trauma and memories of denji? It would only be the devil, not denji.

It's an interesting note. I've compared the translation from the official French and Spanish ones, and to my knowledge they are all translated as 'I need you to continue fighting CSM' or something along the line. Would be cool tho.

Man, I never would have thought that Falli would have pulled an Old Man Logan move on (and in) Denji.

Do you guys think it's Fami that sent Falli to Asa? Or someone else? Could it be Death?

I hope it's the Death Devil. Makes for a more interesting story.

Also, I'm glad Falli isn't beaten yet. I still think Asa should play a part in taking down Falli.

Yeah it doesn't say. I was referring to the fact that Falli regenerated from his stomach after being consumed.

She isn't. I brought her up cuz Denji mentioned that she hadn't regenerated, so maybe there's more to simply just eating them.
