I just wanna say, this chapter gave a second/third hint/tease as to Zoro having CoC. [There are around 5-7 hints as well throughout Filler, but we don't count it]
There are still people who deny it.
Given this, and Zoro heading downstairs, I think it is as clear as day that Zoro is about to face King.
When he does, he will most definitely have a CoC clash with King.
Zoro has had an extensive trend of having fights where he is always pushed to his last edge and from this suffering he grows even stronger.
Case in point
In addition to this reasoning, Thriller Bark has parallels to Wano, there's absolutely no question as to ZKK happening anymore.
In TB like I said, he had a 1v1 then group fight then a big Endurance feat with Kuma.
In Wano it should be no different. In fact, it's only in his favor given the Greatness of Samurai and strong Swordsman highlighted throughout the arc.
Zoro is definitely fighting King to certify and cement his Conqueror's Haki to the deniers.
And then Zoro Kills Kaido once Luffy goes down, as Oda said a punch will not takeout Kaido in the land of Ryuo, Conquerors, and the Blade.
And if you need theoretical evidence for ZKK.
Check these links out. Fiji does it better explaining it.

There are still people who deny it.
- Sumo Wrestler saying Zoro's Aura made him cower and fuck off.
- Brook calling out Zoro's CoC.
- Kaido outright telling us he has CoC (Given that Kaido is the man that destroys wills of other CoC users)
When he does, he will most definitely have a CoC clash with King.

"When the world shoves you around, you just gotta stand up and shove back. It's not like somebody's gonna save you if you start babbling excuses." - Thriller bark, Zoro to Usopp about Kuma another Warlord pulling up
- Mihawk Slash then goes to fight Hatchan (which I'd argue is the second or third worst condition Zoro has faced)
- Fighting Kaku and Jabra whilst disadvantaged without an arm then fights Kaku + awakens Asura
- Fighting Ohm after Brahman and getting shot
- Fighting Ryuma then Oars, and then Enduring Kuma's pain.
- Fighting Gyukimaru, also attacked by Killer while also having to protect Hiyori and Toko a child, after weeks of bad food. (And we all hold Killer in a much much higher perspective given he's a roof 5)
