Luffy attacked enels lobby declared war on the gov but with that high profile they could not send an admiral to take out a strong pirate with the most feared DF?

OK zoan fruits have a mind of its own and can hide from the gov. Maybe thats why the only zoan fruit in the gov i remember is the dog zoan fruit of that one admiral. You know cause dogs are obedient :D

That also can explain that nikka nikka fruit before awakening acts like paramecia to hide its true identity. BUUUUUUT the gorosei mentioned already that the nikka nikka fruit post awakening acts like rubber!!!!!!

And in this chapter the gorosei can't even control the news!!!

So what do you guys think is it because they have alot to handle? with the yonkos being defeated and revolutionaries making moves? or just bad writing?

The Gorosei have actually always been pretty incompetent and have had rings run round them the entire series by Luffy and Blackbeard, who have been shafting the balance of power non-stop.

They didn’t actually send Aokiji, they got pissed off that he was out on his own excursion and not taking his role seriously. They didn’t know where he was going.

And if they thought it was a good idea to send a grandfather after his grandson then that’s just another example of incompentence.

Take a look in all history of One Piece. WG feats are only against fodder pirates and civilians. They always needed strong pirates to help them to accomplish anything big.
