I was seriously concerned for a while that we weren't going to see that fateful meeting. I sure am glad that we did get to finally see it though.

yep it's great to see that.
but i hoped we saw how kanki character before he met saki .
kanki is dead and no one know about it other than him .

Aye, I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get to see Kanki's origin. What we got instead was basically the origin of the Saki Clan. I guess Hara wants Kanki to be forever mysterious.

I now very much would like to know how Ou Sen came to serve under him. I've always imagined it as Ou Sen choosing Mou Gou, but perhaps I'm wrong.

One of the popular debates in the Kingdom community has finally been answered.

How Mougou managed to get Kanki of all people, under his wings.

You could say that Kanki always wanted to go to the battlefield someday according to Maron this chapter, so he just want to tag along with Mougou. But I don't think so.

Mougou has this special charisma that draws people to him. Mougou has good eyes to judge people, first stated by Moubu in the Sanyou Arc, and Kanki apparently has the same eyes as Mougou. Mougou and Kanki shares the same interest, hence why Kanki wants to join Mougou as his Vice General. I like it actually.

Ousen and Mougou story is next.
