Though 1010 was very great imo(asura and scarring kaido)as a zoro fan I have no options that to choose 1033 it was a zoro chapter where he was the main focus that chapter mix epicity and emotionaly that came out in the best moment(his month and when the haters were laughing at him)
we discovered more about his past and swords personalities and the cherry over the cake was the coc and adcoc moment that everyone was doubt remembering the promise to his captain and best friend,man I literally cried in that chapter

1000 for its importance ! 1002, 1003, 1009 (hakai), 1033 for Zoro's fbs.

But I will definitely go with 1010 (a chapter literally called conquerors where zoro and Luffy unlocked adv.coc, ashura, permanent scar, luffy and kaido not touching).
1035 because King vs Zoro was too dope.

1009. Everything else was more or less predictable. 1009 was jaw dropping, came out of left field. Not even the most delusional Zoro fanboys could see that coming.
