Sanji when he got real Serious and saved Tashigi.. First Future Sight for him like Luffy in Marineford..

Are there example of characters other than the typical top tiers?..

Ben Beckmann most definitely..

Also did this imply that Rayleigh doesn't have Future Sight?..

Beckman said that shanks probably saw a bad future during kid's negging so i assume he either cant use it or cant use it as far as shanks do.

I mean, YC will ALWAYS be far away from their bosses, there is a reason one leads while the other follows.

Only Future sight:
Katakuri, Kaido, Fujitora, Mihawk, (C3 admirals)

Only ID CoA:
Rayleigh, Sabo, Garp, (Whitebeard), (Big Mom), (Dragon)

Both:
Roger, Luffy, Shanks, Rocks, (Dragon)

And I think that some of the God knights and some of the Gorosei will have different set ups with either one of them or both included in their fighting style.
