We have seen no other zoans with the ability to have that much forms at all

So is Chopper the most skilled user up to date?

Chopper is probably the most skilled Zoan user so far due to different forms and abilities of hisLucci is probably close to second place in my opinion.

Why does every Zoan but chopper have a full body form.
Why doesn't chopper turn in to an actual human?
You would think this would be the first thing his DF does.

I've always assumed that choppers rumble ball has held him back when it comes to having a proper hybrid and full form zoan.
We've already seen chopper combining two points with his Kung Fu point. It's possible that chopper will keep decreasing the points by combining them until he gets a real hybrid that actually combines all of his reindeer aspects and his human aspects.

Its just become more apparent that Oda did the other Strawhats dirty by ignoring them alot and off panelling them. As if they aren't really all that important.
