Well imho, Super valks are a hit or miss because they are too hard to control where you want them to go and their Ai is tricky.

Super minions could be a real sleeper though, an overpower troop pair with ballons or a hound or even a mass dragon/ electric dragon could bring out easy 3 stars.

I do like the super giants and the super barbs but I prefer others.

Can't wait until the devs boast the limiter to two super troops per army.

Yeah I think the Super Minion looks awesome lol, got me wanting to upgrade my minions. The Super Giants in my experience seem almost guaranteed to wipe out every defense in the village with the right spells and support lol.
