I think vegapunk developed different kinds of clones:

-Weevil is one of his imperfect clones.
-Stussy is the first perfect clone. I think "perfect clone" means she had a normal life development and not a fast development like the seraphins. This means she -grew up like normal human.
-Shaka, Lilith and York are clones like the seraphins, they grew up fast, because vegapunk needed immediately coadjutors.
-Now, bonney is a different case. I think she is a clone of kuma daughter who died in her early adult years. So Vegapunk created bonney (the clone) as adult, then he takes the memories of kuma real daughter using kuma fruit. He put all the memories in bonney, and when bonney awakened she believed that kuma daughter is her true identity.

What we have to remind ourselfs of, is that Stussy is not the first successful clone of Vegapunk, but technically the first successful clone of MADS. So, Ceasar, Queen and Judge maybe even had their share in developing her.

Cloning is a process in which you want to have certain traits inherited by the product. What should we question ourselfs is therefore actually, if MADS did modify Mrs Buckingham's DNA and added or cut out sequences to fit their wishes for the outcome. And if so, what exactly did they change that makes Stussy different? Becaus look at her - she is not really the spitting image of Ms Buckingham:
- Du Feld's statement back in chapter 862 implied that Stussy's young adult life has already passed decades ago. This means that her looking that young like Pudding could maybe be hinting to either a prolonged life span or immortality (wasn't there somewhere also stated that her age is a secret?)
- She has wings, which most probably stem not from a DF or Mrs Buckingham's own DNA (In a game there was already a vampire-DF; besides her upper face does not look bat-like, like Zoan-DF users normally do; her older age and younger look could also hint at her being a true immortal vampire)

And if you look at Judge and Ceasar, we can see that their (un-/successful) attempts in altering human beings have not ceased. Judge produces hundreds of Germa soldiers and Ceasar tried to enlarge small children to make giants for Big Mom. So, while Vegapunk's intentions have always been good, as he wanted to make the world a better place. I do not think so of the other three MADS members. They always had ill intentions and we do not know just how deep they had their hands in Stussy's developement.

This is one reason, why I definitely am looking forward to a much needed flashback to the early MADS group and their dissolution following an event involving the WG. I am sure we will have one this arc.

As for Lilith, Shaka and York: I would love for them to be also clones. But we also have to consider the possibility of Vegapunk taking them in as small children, like he did for Sentomaru. I want to know how all three came to be a Satelite.

I would not put Bonney yet into the "clone-corner". There are still so many missing pieces of information that I dond't want to make predictions. The same goes for Weevil. (With him I wonder why he has that name.)

I still think she has the succubus df. It's not a coincidence oda introduce a character called lilith and make stussy looks a little bit like a succubus (and the fact she is the queen of pleasure district is another possible evidence for that). And lilith was the mother of all succubus, according to judaic demonology.

If york, shaka and lilith are not clones, how york eat, sleep and poop for the other satellites? How they have specific vegapunk personal characteristics? For me seems clear they are all clones

Bonney is the only thing I can imagine in the moment of why kuma and vegapunk have fear of her discover the secret.
