Coby was a central player during MF and is still a great player now

Coby plot lines are far more important than Konohamaru, you can’t even compare

if you want to argue Konohamaru is as relevant as Coby good for you

The meaning of Smoker is to find his own way. Coby originally dreamed of becoming a marine. The Smoker's goal is more altruistic. Tashigi is exactly the same. For them, titles are just a means. Not the goal.

Tbh Koby Is like Luffy, he wants the title and also wants what the title grants.
Luffy want to be PK because It's his dream and because PK Is the freest person in the world.

Smoker never had any interest because Smoker was probably plenty strong already.

For Koby (and Luffy) that was also a way of achieving something impossible.

But even then. I wanted to see fleet admiral smoker as a thing ygm. Who knows it might still happen and Coby stays an Admiral [until the spot opens up].

Fujitora lifts Onigashima and gets it.
The random furry Koby saved from the beehive will take him to Zou, he'll mention Nika and Carrot will give the third rubbing
