- Crybaby or weak willed as a kid can't have CoC
- Gave up the dream at one point
- Runs away from fights
- Doesn't have a battle driven dream
- Etc...
They don't matter!
Everyone who has CoC is linked to Luffy firstly!
That's the only real argument that hasn't been disproven yet! :
- OG Yonko? Luffy's milestone (major opponents to surpass/beat)
- Sengoku? leader of marines that hunt Luffy and also best friend of Luffy's grandpa
- Dragon, Garp and Ace? His Dad, Grandad and His brother
- Roger? The Pk, the man Luffy wann surpass
- Oden? The father of Momo (whose Luffy befriended)
- Katakuri and Doffy? His major opponents
- Hancock? His major ally who has a crush on him
- Rayleigh? His master
- Zoro? His underling number 1
- Yamato? His major ally who was his brother's friend
- Coby? His marine rival and friend
- Chinjao? His grandad rival and also Luffy's main colloseum fight
before saying who and what
Ask yourself if the character is Luffy's major fight? Rival? Friend? Ally? Nakama? Enemy? Family?
someone like Kizaru is likely to have CoC than other top tiers (who aren't confirmed as CoC usees yet) because he's about to he Luffy's major fight soon
Sabo, Sanji and Ussop have high chances of having CoC too
If you're aren't linked to Luffy, you got 0-25% chances of having CoC
