Yeah I get where you’re coming from lol. It’s definitely hard to perceive, especially as a Zorofan, because Zoro's feats currently clear Sanji’s. But at the end of the day, narrative trumps all and the narrative says Sanji will be close to the other two, atleast to offer a good fight. It’s how he randomly went from Vet level to low YC1 in Wano too. Oda doesn’t gaf. It’s shit writing since he doesn’t offer buildup for these powerups and we end up with crazy EoS PLs but oda been an ass writer. According to him, Sanjino will get zenkai boost due to gags and leeching off Gaban and give EoS zoro a good fight and that will be it regardless of what feats say

When Luffy defeated Katakuri, Cracker, was portrayed as the mastermind behind the assassination of Big Mom, his grand fleet, etc, he was named the unofficial 5th emperor. When BB took the territories of WB and defeated Marco, he was the next Yonko. Even the Gorosei viewed Marco incredibly highly.

So yes, Marco's portrayal makes him stronger than Katakuri.
