Ace Fire cant burn WB at first but due to his training through 100 battles he become stronger and his Flame become more hotter.

Akainu and Aokiji don't have FS, Aokiji made it clear to us... Akainu's CoO is bad to the point of not noticing Kuma's escape, it must be because he was drooling in anger for 0 reasons, like the dog he is.
