I'd ship Kaku with Carrot if the ages were closer, just because Kaku's nose is vaguely carrot shaped, and Carrot biting into it thinking it was actually a carrot while hungry would amuse me.
That gag can work without romance, though, so I'm still hoping Kaku get his nose bitten by Carrot, after her mother, Stussy, bit his neck (GODA foreshadowing)
In general, I just don't see any characters to ship Carrot with.
Chopper is close to her age, and they age along well, but, they seem way more like brother and sister to me.
Besides, Chopper already has that other Mink.
Carrot is in love with Carrots. In other words, she's a narcissist /s
