As described in WCI arc Big Mom durability is not devil fruit related and comes from her skin which was described as Iron balloon like. Brook who could cut Dragon in Punk Hazard together with Kinemon could not leave a scratch on Big Mom ( while Kinemon could pierce Kaido couple times ). Kaido with devil fruit and Big Mom have nigh equal durability yet recent chapter confirms this would be no obstacle to Whitebeard and his AP.

Big Mom literally confirms Whitebeard slash that cut holy dragon in half could kill her so same goes for Kaido too.

Dude Rookie BM > Rookie Kaido is already confirmed fact by dynamics. Same as WB >>>> Shiki. Rookie BM the only one ready to fight Primebeard after sneak atk btw

On the other hand, it took Garp and Bumgoku to team up to put down Shiki. Rocks lol-diffed an Admiral, Primebeard AP confirmed to one-shot multiple Admirals like Kong at the same time
