Chinjao has conquerors haki, means nothing. ACoC has been respected with bums like Chinjao, Doffy, useless midd and Kat not having it

Add Katakuri and I'll agree. Although this is an unpopular opinion, but I think characters below Pirate King level shouldn't have CoC. And yes, I know that there's no such thing as Pirate King level, I just wanted to indicate people stronger than average Emperors.

CoC should be either a lot less common or a lot more common.

Miss me with the advanced forms of Haki though, they're bullshit.

Haki was at its best when it was simple. Oda should've left it as it was after Rayleigh explained the three Colours.

Why? Because they're weak or doesn't mainly use CoC?

For me they're fine because their character screams "chosen one" / "blessed by heaven", what CoC actually represents.

Might be an unpopular opinion but Big Mom's COC scream during WCI is perhaps the 2nd or 3rd greatest application of basic COC. She stunned even YC1 like Katakuri or Smoothie. That's a feat only behind Joy Boy's rope haki or Shank's wifi haki.
