Ingredient for beef soup :
- stew meat
- 3 cups of beef broth
- tablespoon of coriander seed , paparika (optional)
- salt
- celery ribs , rice
1) Have your meat in a bowl stir it well with 3 tablespoon of salt .
2) Heat the pot high medium (preferred option ) and add the oil untill the color changes into brownish .
3) If you want to add cereals with chopped onions to make it tastier you can add them .
4)Main part add broth , and cup of water in your beef and boil them for 11/2 hour untill your beef gets tendered .
If you are fan of rice items .
- You can add them optionally after your beef is tendered but to add lemon and garlic ,
- simmer it for x mins untill your rice is tendered and season it with salt and pepper, herbs to serve it your family .
