As to how this will come about, I have no idea. Perhaps Black Maria will be revealed to be an okama, perhaps Sanji will temporarily become an okama to fight black maria.
If Sanji temporarily becomes an okama, then there wouldn't be anything wrong with him fighting black maria. Because in that case it wouldn't be a man fighting a woman. Okama Sanji, having the heart of a maiden, wouldn't be a man, at least as far as gender expression goes. He wouldn't break his code and overall this could be an interesting fight. As one of Luffy's top fighters, sanji cannot have a weakness to women, so to speak. If he does, what will he do if big mom ever comes for Luffy? Perhaps his training as an okama could provide him a way to fight women while maintaining his code.
But that is besides the point. Overall, unless we are assuming that Oda is writing in subplots, in a manga that is already nearly 1000 chapters , that go nowhere, Sanji will likely fight black maria.

While Who's Who and Sasaki seem to be portrayed as the strongest, in reality they are just the ones that want the position of all star. I think its entirely possible for Maria to be above WW and Sasaki but not be their rivals simply because she doesn't want to be an all star.

That being her race. Black Maria has been shown to be as big as Kaido and has red horns just like yamato.

Now I'm not going to jump the gun on this translation, because I'm very skeptical about it and think its very possible that it was butchered, but in the chapter, yamato's wording when she talks about dragons makes it sound less like she's talking about a devil fruit power and more like she's talking about the powers of natural dragons.
Could Kaido be a dragon? And if you think so, then what are the chances that black maria is one as well? I'm really not a fan of this theory but the translation makes it seem possible, so I will put that out there.
