Even though Wano presented no opportunity for it, I think the arc itself implied they were at their level. Brook soloed a bunch of Gifters and a Number at the same time. Chopper at least drew blood from a very durable YC and held on with him and Perospero for 30 minutes even if the former was toying around. If I had to pick a level, maybe somewhere around Sasaki.
