Character Discussion Could Chopper get a real bounty this arc?

As we know, Chopper has been given a gag bounty ever since enies lobby.

However with this arc being SHs vs Marines/WG, I feel like it would offer a good opportunity for Chopper to get a real bounty.

Say he used monster point and took out a VA, there would no longer be any justification for his measly 1000 berry bounty.

idk if Oda would go this direction, but I much prefer chopper to be treated like the rest of the SHs than as a gag character.
