In Skypiea, there was a moment where Enel counted Luffy and Nami as being "out of the competition" despite them being completely fine. In other words, his Haki couldn't detect them anymore once they were eaten by Nola. So, it would be fair to assume that the signature of another living being surrounding you can disrupt Observation Haki. Could it be that if someone among the Giants actually tried to eat a Holy Knight, their connection with Imu would be lost, and they would be left vulnerable?

However, I don't know if it wd work on Sommers cuz of his Thorns,
Killingham too can maybe summon Monsters from Inside,
It might only work on Gunko,

I doubt that. It was stated that Imu's "voice" can reach the knights globally, while the knights can travel through portals. Since the knights are marked by Imu, this is what serves as a link.

This thread start is 100 % like my theory from the other day, can't remember in which thread I wrote it but it's there alright. Anyhow, I think that might be the implication. And I suppose Laboon could do the same (Luffys way of doing a WB-like sneak attack on Mariejois?) and also Kids ability could probably do the same (like the way it imprisoned Zeus).
